Ab Attack: Get ready to feel the burn! This class targets the abdominals and back muscles to strengthen your core.
All fitness levels. 30 minutes


 

BODYPUMPTM:     Strength training at its best.
Join Shannon, Andrea and Lacy with the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat.  It’s a toning and conditioning class that will improve strength and endurance in the major muscle groups and, in doing so, burn calories all day long.  You’ll use a step and a bar with a set of weights.

Cardio Kickboxing:  This super-charged class uses different punches and kicks for a great fat burning and total body workout!

Dance Aerobics: Dance your way into a total body workout. These are fun and easy-to-follow moves that will spice up your cardio routine.

Morning Mix:  Work up a sweat with Monica’s creative cardio and toning exercises.  Add some abs and you’ll start your day off right.

Pilates: Focus on using the body’s powerhouse (abs, lower back, hips, & buttocks) in a controlled, flowing manner. Using hand weights, bands and stability ball, this is a movement-based physical conditioning system that improves posture, alignment, breathing, and muscle control.

PiYo:  This unique format combines pilates, yoga, strength conditioning, flexibility and dynamic balance. It will activate your body, kick up the calorie burn and build muscle.

Power Yoga:  Experience energizing vinyasa flow sequences during this power hour! You'll develop strength, flexibility and muscle definition with continuous movement through power poses.

Power Intervals:  Maximum efficiency workout that will give your body challenging cardio, toning and core intervals..

Sunrise Yoga: This hatha yoga class will incorporate dynamic poses that focus on balance, flexibility and strength while quieting your mind and refreshing your body with rejuvenating stretches.

Total Toning Yoga: Slim and sculpt like the celebrities with this eclectic blend of traditional yoga poses and calisthenics.  This class provides a full mind and body workout, helping you to achieve a stress-free, sleek physique.

TKO (Totally Kicked Out): This class adds funk to regular kickboxing moves for an awesome cardio workout that will get your heart rate up and your groove on!!

Water Aerobics:  Need help with your aerobic fitness level?  This class helps muscular strength and increases your joint mobility while combining a variety of cardio and resistance activities.

Zumba:  Salsa mix with a twist is what you’ll get with this cardio-based workout. It mixes Latin and Caribbean dance music, which allows you to groove and have fun. Come on and shake your “bon-bon!”

Aqua Zumba:  Join the pool party!!! Elaine will challenge you with water-based moves while incorporating the Zumba groove.
